Nice food and definitely will feed a family- love the ribs falling off the bone. Will most definitely return.

Went here on Sunday after walking around Pasadena on a sunny day and came here to eat and try it out. Was very impressed with their Mac & brisket burrito and it was really delicious! The tortilla was nice and toasty, mac & cheese was baked to perfection and the brisket was so tender and juicy! Would definitely come back here again and try other bbq dishes.

Don't let the name fool you..Hawg Heaven Bbq is a laid back, hip atmosphere with chill servers and savory breakfast sandwiches. Add some stylish Jazz and you're in the zone. My daughter and I came here with reservations at 1pm for the Sunday Funday Jazz Brunch experience I purchased ahead of time on the Fever app. I was not sure what to expect, but was instead pleasantly surprised. We were immediately greeted and seated by a smiling host. Place was not crowded at all. The menu for this particular brunch is a set menu with these options to choose from: Italian Omelette French Toast Best Breakfast Sandwich Avocado Toast Grilled Rosemary Salad We both ordered the Best Breakfast Sandwich. Inside is two eggs, applewood smoked bacon, heirloom tomatoes, organic baby greens and avocado on sourdough bread. The sandwich is a large size and will have you groovin' along with the Jazz. It also includes your choice of coffee, tea, Mimosa or orange juice. We each ordered coffee. It's your basic old school diner coffee. I desired tea but there was a limited selection, so I went with the coffee. Our server Eric had a positive, upbeat attitude and was on top of it, as was the busser. People at other tables were enjoying themselves and even dancing. There were all different walks of life enjoying the scene and there seemed to be a few locals there as well. Drinks, tax and gratuity are not included in the ticket price and will be added to the final bill. Next door to the restaurant is a parking lot which you also prepay beforehand and it is $10. I'm sure there are other places you can park, but we wanted to make sure we were on time for our reservation. I will bring the hubby another day and try the bbq off the regular menu.

It is my first time at Hawg Heaven. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile and hello. It was Friday at 5pm. I wanted to try the 12 hour smoked Beef Brisket. So, I ordered that with sides of BBQ beans and collard greens. The TVs weee on basketball and baseball. It's October so the place is decorated up for Halloween. The Brisket is very tender and pulls apart with the fork. I love the mild Smokey BBQ sauce on them. The BBQ beans were in a similar mild BBQ sauce and were cooked like I like them to still be firm on the out side. The collard greens were great. Cooked how I like them fully cooked but still firm. I am an east coast guy so they brought vinegar for me to sprinkle over them. It was a delicious meal and one of I loved in Pasadena I would be back for regularly.

Went for Sunday Night Jazz. Service was great. Waiter was very attentive. Band was great. Nice outdoor spot w/ view of everyone out on a Sunday night. Food was ok. Maybe because it was the pre-set menu since we got tickets from a different company. We ordered Brisket and Chicken. Both were a little dry. Cesar salad was good. Drinks were decent. Calamari from the regular menu was fine. Would definitely come back for the music and will try the food one more time - but from the regular menu.
